Order Confirmation & Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with us. To ensure a smooth, fast, and secure delivery process for all our customers, we enforce the following shipping and verification guidelines.
1. Order Confirmation Policy
Preventing Fraudulent Orders: To protect our business against fake or unverified orders, all customers are required to pay an upfront verification deposit of Rs. 300. Your order will not be processed or handed over to the courier until this payment is received.
WhatsApp Confirmation: Once you place your order on the website, you should receive an automatic confirmation message. If you do not receive a confirmation message within a few hours, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your name and order number to finalize your booking.
Unverified Orders: Orders without a received Rs. 300 deposit or WhatsApp verification within 48 hours will be automatically canceled.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Delivery Window: Once your payment and order are verified, your package will be dispatched. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your city.
Business Days: Please note that weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays are not counted as business days.
3. Delivery & Courier Issues
Rider Contact: The courier rider will call the phone number you provided at checkout before attempting delivery. Please ensure your phone is switched on and reachable during the delivery window.
No Call Received / Rider Issues: If you face any issues during delivery—such as the rider not calling you, missing a call from the rider, or any general miscommunication with the courier staff—please contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will contact our courier partner on your behalf to resolve the issue and reschedule your delivery.
